Have some questions?

How long will it take to build a new website?

On average, it takes a couple of weeks to build your website, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

Do you build ecommerce or online stores?

Yes we sure do! We build our ecommerce websites in Shopify or Neto. We can help you launch, optimise, grow or reinvent your online stores and help you remarket to your customers. We do custom designs and integrations into MYOB or your POS. Do you only create WordPress, Joomla and Shopify websites?

Yes. WordPress, Joomla and Shopify are the worlds leading content management systems. WordPress now powers more than 30% of the web. WordPress, Joomla and Shopify’s huge market share is due to it’s flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to manage it and help you along the way.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! We work with clients all over Australia. Our team works out of our Head Office in Wagga Wagga, allowing us to provide awesome local support to those in the region. We also work with a range of clients in the region. We can make it work no matter where you are located.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive tutorial to help you learn your way around, as well provide you with a training session to help get you on your way. Or, if you’d like us to manage you site, we love to do that too!

Will you maintain my site for me?

We can! We provide on-going support for many of our clients. We generally recommend budgeting a few hours a month to allow for minor content and platform updates. Get in touch with us to learn more about what maintenance we can offer.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website looks great on a variety of devices.

When do I pay?

We understand that a website is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible. We generally request an up front payment of 50% of the site upon commencement and a 50% payment upon completion.

How much input do I have in the process?

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.

Who writes the content for the site?

Usually that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.

Where should my website be hosted?

Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. JAM Digital offeres Australian hosting with the comfort of knowing we are only a phone call away for support.

I’m on a strict budget. Do you have any low cost options?

A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online with a nice looking website fast. Contact us to learn more about our pricing.

What if I need help on my site down the road?

We are only a phone call or coffee away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. We’ve been doing this for 25 years, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

What if I have a website and just want it updated?

If you want help with content updates, throw in a few more images or right through to re-design your current page layout our expert inhouse digital designers and developers are able to make to make this happen!
