The team at Boattime Yacht Charters wanted to redesign their brand and improve their digital presence and gain a competitive advantage through digital marketing.
We designed and developed their new logo to launch their brand into the market. The logo was designed to remain classic, to have a minimal and clean appearance all the while having a premium finish and pay hommage to their business operations.
We designed and developed the Boattime new responsive (displays on tablet, desktop and mobile) website. We designed the site for users to be easily able to navigate to find key information. The look and feel was an extension of their minimal and clean logo.
As part of the website build, we optimised the Boattime for Google search and continued to develop the site with on the monthly basis to get the newly launched site to rank, and to improve their organic (not paid) search ranking.
As part of our marketing strategy for Boattime, we recommended Google Ads to help them launch into the market and see some immediate results while the site was building its relevance and quality scores with Google.
The team saw great results with an increase in conversions (phone, online bookings and enquiries).
We setup and designed Boattime's social accounts and to launch their new social channels, we developed a social media campaign to increase their brand's awareness and following. We promoted a competition to win a free sunset cruise. The campaign ran for 30 days and featured promotional video that our graphic design team created. The campaign targeted 18 - 40 year olds based on the Gold Coast and encouraged them to comment to enter. We closely monitored and engaged with the audience during the competition and encouraged entrants tag and share with their Facebook friends, to broaden the audience reach.
As part of the website built, our talented graphic design team created new menus for the Boattime team for their corporate audience who needed a downloadable and printable version of the website.
Reporting is a super important part of our process. It what tells us what is working and what isn't. We created monthly performance reports detailing the results of Boattime's digital marketing efforts. These included results on their Google Ads, website, SEO and their social media performance. Alongside the performance data, we also provided monthly recommendations (based on insight) to be actioned in the following month.
